Top seeded Saina will now meet Malaysian Mew Choo Wong in the final. Mew got the better of England's Liz Cann, seeded fourth, 21-12, 18-21, 21-17. Saina would be a favourite to win the battle on Thursday as she had beaten the Malaysian in the singles match of mixed team event final last week.
